David Noyes has a passion for real estate sales and marketing and for helping his clients and peers make their real estate dreams come true in the Asheville, NC region.

Dave has been in the real estate profession since 2001 starting in Lansing, Michigan. He moved to Asheville, NC in 2003. Since then he has been a forward-thinking marketer, practicing the most effective ways to position his clients' properties for sale so they sell for the highest market price in the least amount of time with superlative customer service.

Dave served as President of the Hendersonville Board of Realtors®. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Canopy MLS, and as a Director for NC Realtors®. He was recently recognized as 2017 Realtor® of the Year for his service in the Realtor® community and is a graduate of NC REALTORS® William C Bass Leadership Academy Class of 2019.
